DISTURBED Frontman Performs With METAL SKOOL In Hollywood; Video Available
March 7, 2007A video clip of DISTURBED singer David Draiman and former NBA star Dennis Rodman performing the LED ZEPPELIN classic "Whole Lotta Love" with the '80s metal/hard rock tribute band METAL SKOOL on February 26, 2007 at the Key club in Hollywood, California has been posted online at YouTube.com. As previously reported, other guests at the show included former PANTERA/current DOWN frontman Philip Anselmo (who sang ALICE IN CHAINS' "Man in the Box" and PANTERA's "Walk") and Marq Torien from the BULLETBOYS. METAL SKOOL's lineup includes guitarist "Satchel" (real name Russ Parrish; ex-FIGHT) and singer "Michael Star" (real name Ralph Saenz; ex-L.A. GUNS). Opening the show was MOTHER PEARL, the band fronted by Pearl Aday (ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian's fiancée and daughter of legendary crooner Meat Loaf) and featuring Ian on guitar.
